Like others, this is a replacement for an identical NUTONE fan that had been in service for over 15 years. Like someone else has pointed out, it is somewhat difficult to tighten the screws that hold the heater 
to the ceiling box. Broan should research engineering allowing one to remove and replace either the fan blades (giving a clear shot to the screws) or the entire fan motor.

When you need a quick bit of heat on a cold morning the Broan #154 ceiling mount heater is a perfect fit. The install is a breeze anyone should be able to do it. This unit heats up a cold morning in a jiffy. It is so 
affordable that one user is planning to add this model in another bath because he likes it so much.
